The story of

Manager Medical Packaging Development

After 7 years of working for Unilever, I felt it was time for a change. Danone already caught my eye since it’s a product-based company that cares about society. Moving towards the field of medical nutrition, I found a possibility to contribute directly to health management.

I’m currently leading a team of 7 people who develop packaging for our medical nutrition products. Our main goal is to deliver convenient packaging that protects the quality of products during transportation and shelf-life.

I feel I can improve people's daily life by creating functional and sustainable packaging.

We always work in cross-functional teams, together with colleagues from product development, processing, engineering, marketing, quality and logistics. Our work starts with the consumer needs and the related emotional aspects, and ends with very rational manufacturing facets. A combination that keeps my job both interesting and fascinating to this day.

Even though Danone is a big, international, professional company, it feels very familiar. It’s nice to work for a company that truly values who you are. And it’s the perfect place for entrepreneurial people; if you want to achieve or change something, you’ll get the opportunity and the tools to accomplish your goals. Danone is a people’s company, both externally and internally.
