Danone has an amazing playground to experience the wide range of sales positions that are available in the market to develop yourself as a manager but also become a leader in category/channel development & insights, key account management and negotiation skills.

Within Danone, we aim for profitable, sustainable growth. In Sales we therefore always aim to grow Danone’s categories and promoting brand awareness and penetration in the most relevant channels. This can be the retail channels (on- and offline) such as supermarkets and drug stores on the one hand, but also hospitals, pharmacies and wholesale channels on the other hand.

Our teams design and negotiate strategies with our clients in these channels to ensure they know what value our products can bring to their customers or patients. To deliver our promise we work cross category, cross functional and even cross national teams. Only in this way we can optimize commercial levers best to reach out to our clients.
