About the Job
As our Key Account Manager Pharmacy, you are responsible to drive sustainable growth of Nutricia Specialized Nutrition (Nutrilon, Fortimel, …) in the Pharmacy channel, representing more than 50% of our net sales in Belgium. You understand the Health Care environment of the pharmacy channel, its relation and contribution to the existing business within each account and region and how to optimize business opportunities using the appropriate financial drivers.
You report to the National Pharmacy Manager and your main responsibilities are the following:
- Define with the National Pharmacy Manager clear segmentation and priorities for Key Accounts,
- Set business objectives for Key accounts and translate the commercial strategy into concrete plans,
- Negotiate, implement, monitor and evaluate annual agreements, plans and programs to ensure sustainable Net Sales Growth,
- Build strong and long lasting relationships & partnerships with different decision makers within Key Accounts,
- Engage with key stakeholders of the Channel to fully understand their drivers and challenges,
- Interact efficiently and cross-functionally within Nutricia to drive Pharmacy business further,
- Leading, coaching and developing a Sales Specialist.
You have a relevant master degree in business management. You have at least 5 year sales experience in healthcare, pharma or retail industry, preferably with a first experience as Key Account Manager. You are fluent in Dutch & French with good working level of English and excellent ability to communicate efficiently with different types of profiles or cultures.
Besides, you also need to:
- Have strong analytical thinking, combined with pragmatic decision-making and problem-solving approach,
- Have commercial mindset, selling and negotiation skills,
- Have strong leadership and people management skills,
- Have high curiosity or knowledge for Pharmacy channel specificities,
- Flourish in a team and have the power to build strong relationship both internally and externally.
