About the Job

You drive the growth of your region by building new business and expand existing partnerships within Hospitals, Care Homes, ambulant care organizations and pharmacies in a highly competitive market where Nutricia AMN is the undisputed market leader.

As the Account Manager you visit hospitals and care home purchasers, the management of pharmacies and ambulant care organizations or other stakeholders that are relevant in relation to successful contract management and building partnerships.

This means that in this role you are responsible for:

  • achieving contract renewals or tenders with the aim of concluding the contracts at the most favorable conditions for both, client and Nutricia, in order to secure the profitability of the Sales Unit;
  • monitoring the commercial performance based on the criteria as set in the agreements, and pro-actively influence cross-functionally the development of competitive customer based solutions;
  • Act as a central point of contact for other channel colleagues within the region, ensuring decisions based on profitability and ROI using a fact based approach.

About You

To be successful in the role, you are currently working within the healthcare sector, where you have gained at least 3 years of sales experience, preferrably with an affinity towards contract and tender management. 

Your strong relationship management and analytical account approach enable you to maximize on business opportunities, results and customer needs in a close collaboration with the Sales teams. Proven knowledge in contract and tender management is a plus. Taking the lead in negotiations with the mindset that only a win win is an acceptable outcome. It comes easy to you to connect with people on different levels. You must be fluent Dutch, living in the Gelderland area and having a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excell).
