For global HQ at Hoofddorp, we are looking for a: Senior Brand Manager Innovation Liquid, Pack & Sustainability
Responsible for the short- and long-term development of the Aptamil packaging and formats innovation pipeline to drive growth and consumer value while driving our sustainability promise through new consumer propositions
Packaging and format innovation pipeline
- Develop and validate a 3/5-year innovation pipeline based on identified consumer needs.
- Re-invent consumer value creation through packaging and formats stemming from unmet consumer needs.
- Pioneer innovation solutions who understands consumer needs before they know to create relevant and commercially viable innovations
- Develop appealing consumer story in-sink with consumer need, brand essence and HCP story
Validate and land propositions
- Drive with cross functional global teams and lead CBUs implementation of concepts
- Exert strong influencing skills through cross functional teams and CBUS to advance global projects in-line with the packaging / formats strategy
- Develop clear guidelines on implementation of global value proposition in markets, cascade to CBUs and ensure high quality execution.
Embed the Sustainability POV of the brand in all propositions
- Develop a POV on sustainability for Aptamil brand that aligns with the brand’s manifesto.
- Leverage sustainability as a driver of business - we believe that doing well and doing good goes hand in hand. Your plans and strategies will help to drive growth.
Needed for Success
- A hybrid personality; strategically strong and operationally thorou
- Educational background in marketing
- Min. of 8 years’ experience in blue-chip FMCG marketing organization with relevant work experiences in packaging
- Senior Brand marketing, Innovation or Consumer Insight manager with relevant experience in FMCG/ consumer/ healthcare environment
- Fluent English
- A great mix of technical & strategic skills, the ability to perform while dealing with ambiguity & have an entrepreneurial mindset.

- Brand management: knowledge of core marketing concepts (i.e. Brand positioning, Brand Architecture, swot analysis, etc) to build brand equity
- Creative development & evaluation: ability to develop project/creative briefs and assess creative concepts and executions based on the alignment to the brand communication strategy & consumer relevance
