Then this opportunity might be something for you: we are looking for a Category & Shopper Marketing Manager Pharma to lead the development of our Nutricia Specialized Nutrition (Nutrilon, Olvarit, Fortimel) category in Belgium (Brussels) within the biggest channel (pharma) of our business!
About the Job
As our Category & Shopper Marketing Manager Pharma, you lead the development of the Specialized Nutrition Category (Baby food: Nutrilon, Olvarit & Medical Nutrition: Fortimel) in the pharmacy channel, defining the Key Category Growth Levers and translating them into a relevant Activation Plan. In this role, you will report to the National Pharmacy Manager in the sales department.
Your main responsibilities are the following:
- Analyze shopper and channel insights in order to define the shopper and consumer behavior,
- Selling-in & selling-out deep-dive analyses on customer, category and brand levels,
- Refine and further develop the existing pharma channel strategy, developing (together with Marketing) key initiatives to fuel the growth of the category within different subchannels (e-commerce, para-pharmacy, independents, chains/groups),
- Be a key partner within the SN categories cross-functional brand teams,
- Lead and implement the training strategy for the pharma channel (pharmacists, staff),
- Develop the relevant 4 P's strategy by subchannel,
- Be responsible for allocation of Pharma Category & Shopper Marketing department budget and Return-On-Investment.

You have a master degree in business management and at least 3 year of relevant sales experience (category management, shopper marketing, key account management) within pharma, healthcare or retail industry. You are fluent in Dutch & French with good working level of English and excellent ability to communicate efficiently with different types of profiles or cultures.
Besides, you also need to have:
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills,
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Belgium Pharma landscape and a first experience at HQ level with Belgium Pharma or Retail customer,
- Understanding of Belgium pharma shoppers (Gfk, Promo dynamics, Nielsen),
- Autonomy and agility,
- Team spirit and the power to build strong relationship both internally and externally.
