About the job

In this role you drive the execution of the Commercial Excellence Roadmap, based on a project based approach. This means you will be working on for example a project to generate more topline growth or to increase the profitability on the short and medium term. You always work in cross functional teams, where you will gently “push” the discussion and decisions in the right direction, following the strategic imperatives of the organization and factual insights gathered by yourself and the team.

This means that in this role you:

  • Will lead the development, roll-out & anchoring of the Commercial Excellence Road Map for the Benelux to drive an effective go-to market approach and to ensure cross functional high performance and productivity;
  • Develop and implement, together with the Sales and Marketing department, different marketing & sales projects in line with the strategic imperatives of the organization;
  • Monitor the business performance and the performance of commercial processes to provide actionable insights to further strengthen business growth acceleration within the marketing, sales and medical teams.

About you

You have relevant work experience within Healthcare or Pharma, minimum of 3 years sales experience is required. Or you have been working in a role such as strategy or marketing & sales consultant where you have worked with our industry. Or you recenlty started in a similar role in the health care industry, pharmaceutical industry or FMCG.

Fluent English and Dutch language skills are a requirement.

You are a conceptual self-starter and change agent with proven business acumen. You don’t shy away from synthesizing large amount of information. But more important you have the intrinsic desire to communicate in an effective way your discoveries to your marketing and sales business partners to ensure we drive the business forward. They act on your findings, based on your effective reasoning, conceptual thinking and ability to link insights to market- and day-to-day reality.

You know how to drive projects independently, by translating an idea to a clear defined objectives and deliverables. Above all, you have what it takes to make a real difference our organization. If you have a great analytical mind but have no experience in driving the business forward and have no experience, then this role is not for you.
