Global Content Manager
As Global Content Manager Aptamil you will be able to step change the way we communicate for Aptamil globally pursuing relevance among millennial parents with a purposeful global brand.
About the Job
As our new Content Manager you join our multicultural team in Amsterdam and you will report to the Global Senior Content Manager. Together with our global creative agencies you will create campaigns for multiple markets which will require an understanding of different cultural nuances and touch points across countries.
You will work with local marketing teams to guide local executions of global content. To achieve this it is imperative that you build strong working relationships with the local marketing teams.
We see your role as that of the Ambassador for Danone ELN Marketing Transformation by step changing the way we communicate in a changing world: family models, expectations from brands, media landscape, category regulation.
- content performance in markets (content test results, media performance, brand health tracker)
You are a consumer-centric marketer: brand growth and brand development are in your DNA. Questions you ask yourself (or want to ask in your future role) in your current role frequently:
- What is possible beyond pure product communication?
- How can we be relevant and bring value to parents today?
You have a Business Administration or Bachelor's degree in marketing or advertising or other relevant area and have relevant Marketing Communication experience, be it agency or client side.
If you do not have proven ability to effectively develop and execute integrated, streamlined communication programs, especially digital campaigns: from communication strategy to execution, this role is not for you.
You’re an expert in writing creative briefs that clearly articulate communication objectives and success criteria in order to inform and direct agency work and creative development.
You are passionate and show natural curiosity for great creative and brand storytelling plus you love a good challenge? You will find this in our Content Manager’s role as we are working in a highly sensitive and restricted category with huge emotional involvement from our consumers - so you must be prepared to think different. Curious to hear your ideas about this in the telephone interview!
What’s in it for you?
At Danone we offer a complete package of benefits, with a competitive primary salary and yearly bonus, but also benefits like a premium free pension, 30 days annual leave and several discounts on a collective health insurance and even on some of our products.
Hit the “apply now” button.
You have until the closing date to apply. Part of the interview process will be a telephone interview and first and second round interviews will be held in the first two weeks of January.
