Global Medical & Scientific Affairs Manager Paediatric Therapeutic Area
As our Global Medical & Scientific Affairs Manager, you have the opportunity to participate in global new product development and evidence projects and in the design and execution of internal and external medical education initiatives. You will work closely with many different stakeholders around the globe with the overall objective to make a difference to Patients worldwide.
About the Job
Your team consists of 3 (including you) Medical Affairs manager with an experience range from medior to senior level, each team is responsible to a specific therapeutic area. You will report to the Medical Director for your assigned. therapeutic area In this role you have a major impact on the organization and of course on the patient, you ensure that changes driven by Product development and Quality do not impact the Patient or HCP (Health Care Professional from a medical perspective.
One of your key challenges will be to operate and contribute to updating our product portfolio to the latest scientific standards, as well as to provide (and write) medical/nutritional rationales of the different SKUs to different stakeholders (internally / externally).
- Providing medical insights and support to cross-functional innovation and renovation projects
- Provide medical insight into project LIBRA
- Build KOL engagement plans to support and drive the TA strategy
- Participate in building a 360 evidence pipeline with input from central and CBU teams
If you do not have a university degree (MSc level preferred, PhD a plus) with a focus on dietetics and nutrition and at least 5 years relevant working experience this position is not for you. If you are a qualified dietician working in the health care system this position can give you a 360 view on business life and could be a perfect stepping stone. You have excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence and nurture in- and external relationships and have a keen eye for detail.
It would be awesome if you also:
- be a qualified dietitian and have experience in paediatric nutrition
