Global Junior Talent Manager Operations and Cycles & Procurement

About the Job
As a Junior Global Talent Manager, you know what our current talents need in terms of career and talent development, understand business needs and build meaningful relationships with talents, within and outside Danone. As Junior Global Talent Manager, you will have a key role to build success and growth of our organization and you will support the Global Talent team across all Talent processes (recruitment, development, scouting, capabilities, learning, etc.).
As Talent Analytics/Data Champion, you will be responsible for reporting and analyzing the KPIs of the Talent Management team and ad hoc projects and activities. You will support the back-office recruitment processes such as screening, advertising and interview scheduling and working as partner in crime with our HR and Talent team on related projects (i.e. support employer branding activities, learning programs etc.).
You will have the opportunity to work across all divisions of Danone with the Operations, Cycles & Procurement functions. As a Global Talent Manager, you will be an integral part of the team ensuring we deliver on our commitments whilst having a lot of fun along the way!
For this role, you need a relevant bachelor or master degree and at least 3 years of experience in HR or talent development and you have advanced skills in data analytics (Excel).
Success in this role requires a result-oriented mindset and an entrepreneurial sense of working mixed with a strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage time effectively. You need to be able to develop authentic relationships inside and outside group with varying levels of collaborators and accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals and groups. The ideal candidate is a curious person, eager and able to work effectively under pressure with short time constraints and in relatively ambiguous and complex situations, as well as the ability to adjust direction in response to changing work situations.
