Define Commercial Strategy
Define the Commercial Strategy Vision and Goals and ensure its implementation and roll-out of through effective leadership of the Regional Sales, HCP Solutions and Tender Management Teams. Lead Strategically and operationally to develop and ensure excellence in execution and superior sustainable and profitable growth
HCP Endorsement of our Products and Services
Ensure the deployment of a first class relationship management program for health care professionals and other KOLs in the Specialized Nutrition Field. Co Create and contribute to the development and implementation of Medical Sales Strategy via the HCP Solutions Team that will result in solid category benefit awareness and getting HCP product recommendations.
External Advocacy: Distributor Engagement and Partnership
Strengthen partnerships with existing distributors and customers and develop new partnerships across channels to unlock market potential
Cross Functional Engagement
Espouse leadership and secure perfect cross functional work throughout the CBU between Commercial, Medical Affairs and Market Access, Healthcare Strategy and Consumer Marketing.
Excellence in Execution
Work closely with the Commercial Excellence Team and support the deployment of SFE strategy in our countries, encouraging a continuous development mindset.
- You have a proven and progressive experience in Medical/Pharma industry in a similar position;
- You have extended Healthcare channel knowledge;
- Proven ability in team leadership;
- Proven commercial acumen and progressive responsibility in a commercial role;
- Outstanding commercial Business acumen and business attitude;
- Effective Stakeholder Management;
- Commercial Organization Effectiveness.
