About the job
While you will provide HR advice around talent, compensation and performance, you'll also lead big HR projects related to recruitment and organizational development. In the same working day, you will have a strategic discussion with your colleagues of the global Science leadership team and help individual employees improve their performance. Although your scope is the Utrecht organization, you realize that you are part of a truly global R&D organization, with numerous different stakeholders to manage.
The 2 most important teams you belong to are the Science Leadership team and the HR Utrecht team. You're a strong HR Business Partner for the Vice President of Science and you're also a true ambassador of the HR team. You understand that the business world needs processes but that creativity and out-of-the box thinking are what trigger progress!
To enable further success in the organization, you will work with the full employee cycle, develop and implement HR projects and policies in the following areas: talent and leadership development, OD, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Employee engagement.
