HR Business Partner

For our Operations team in Cuijk, you are the key interlocutor for our team leaders on their strategic priorities as well as day to day HR activities. You will be driven, self-motivated and be able to demonstrate prior effectiveness in a highly-dynamic and challenging environment.
As part of the HR team, you will work with the HR Manager Operations Cuijk to formulate and deliver a people agenda that is aligned with the business and overall Danone’s People strategy, HR principles and practices.
About the Job
As the HR Business Partner, you will deliver business critical advice and support on all aspects of Human Resources and Employee Relations, developing an excellent understanding of Danone’s HR processes. You will co-create all people and business-related topics including: Executing HR Strategy and Policies, Talent and Organisational development, Compensation & Benefits, Health & Wellbeing (absence & vitality management), Business, diverse projects and change management.
In this position, your key mission is to coach and support line managers on all employee related issues: performance management, engagement and absence management, recruitment & talent development, employee relations, OD, workforce planning, etc. This is a generalist hands-on HR role with a strong focus on supporting the business and managing projects - executing the HR people strategy and managing the day to day operation activities.
You closely work together with the HR Support teams, which will be essential to fulfill all elements of the HR plan and to ensure a consistent and efficient approach to all HR related activities. You will bring ideas, develop your passion and grow in a successful team.
You have a relevant Master’s degree and at least 6-8 years of HR working experience and have a successful track record in a relevant HR role.
You are a business partner in the true sense of the word, working closely with the different stakeholders in an operational and demanding environment. You can plan, do, check and act and are able to think ahead. Keeping a clear overview for yourself and others on priorities. You are pragmatic, eager to learn, connect naturally and communicate productively from operational to directors level.
