As HR Support Associate you will service colleagues and managers with all sorts of operational and Administration & Payroll HR-related topics. You have all the answers, and if you don’t, it’s no problem for you to figure out where to find them. You will be located in Zoetermeer, The Netherlands.

HR Support is positioned within our Cluster Business Service (CBS) organisation which covers Finance, HR, General Secretary, and IS/IT. The HR CBS Benelux provides business support to all Category Business Units in the Benelux. These activities include Talent Acquisition & Development, Learning, Compensation & Benefits, International Mobility Management and Personnel Administration & Payroll.

Besides being responsible for the execution of a correct personnel and payroll administration, a big part of this role is also about analyzing and improving our HR systems and workflows and make suggestions to change the systems and processes accordingly. You will be a key driver in achieving a day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Administration & Payroll team.

What does it take?

For this position, we're looking for someone with a relevant Bachelor or Master degree and at least 3 years of experience within Payroll & Administration, to really have an impact in a time of transformation. Your knowledge the English language is excellent and of course you are up to date with law and regulation topics within HR. Taking initiative, organizing and prioritizing comes natural to you, you feel in place in a highly dynamic environment and you are passionate about change, innovation and making things work in a new way. Driving for quality and continuous improvement is what motivates you and you are an open and quick learner and possess the ability to work autonomously as an effective member of a dynamic team. You like to foster collaboration with other functions and departments, at all levels. Your excellent communication skills allow you to with all different levels of stakeholders.
