HR Support Associate

As HR Support Associate you will service colleagues and managers with all sorts of operational and Administration & Payroll HR-related topics. You have all the answers, and if you don’t, it’s no problem for you to figure out where to find them. You will be located in Bruxelles, Belgium.
HR Support is positioned within our Cluster Business Service (CBS) organization which covers Finance, HR, General Secretary, and IS/IT. The HR CBS Benelux provides business support to all Category Business Units in the Benelux. These activities include Talent Acquisition & Development, Learning, Compensation & Benefits, International Mobility Management and Personnel Administration & Payroll.
Context provided the start of a large-scale project on global level, for which the Benelux Cluster will pilot. This will require in particular from the HR Support team to play a key role in this project, and the need to staff our current team with temporary resources.

Your primary objective is taking care of the execution of a correct Personnel and Payroll administration. You will be a key driver in achieving a day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Administration & Payroll team. You will be fully responsible for drafting HR (legal) correspondence, change request in our payroll systems (ADP – Workforce and SD Worx -– Blox and Protime), follow up administration related to HR topics (educational leave, thematic suspension, etc.) and keeping our personnel archive up to date.
For this position, we're looking for someone with a relevant Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience within HR Administration and preferably also within a Shared Service environment. Your knowledge of both the Dutch and French, English language is good and of course you are up to date with local HR law and regulation topics. You work accurate and with eye for detail.
