Internship: Finance Controlling

About the Job
You will join our Finance team and you will be supporting the 3PO Business Controller in building a solid inventory forecasting model taking into account input from all angles (Supply points, 3rd parties and CBU's). During your internship, you will support the 3PO finance team on various strategic projects handled.
So, what will be your key responsibilities?
- Aligning with different stakeholders on data adjustments to ensure a solid inventory model in place;
- Data analysis and clean-up- making sure the data quality is solid and variance analysis can be performed
- Use Power BI to prepare an inventory deck which will be shared with various stakeholders.
You are a Master student in the field of Finance/Operations/Supply Chain or any other related studies, you have advanced Excel skills ( comfortable in using office tools in general), you have an analytical mindset and you can make sense out of data for decision-making. You are proactive, collaborative and a fast learner, as well as detail-oriented. Furthermore, you are a results-oriented person, willing and ready to learn with a ‘Can do’ mindset, and curiosity.
Next to this, there are also some compulsory requirements:
- Enrolled as a student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
- Ideally available to start in March/April 2021, for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
- You are fluent in English, oral and written;
- You are able to work from Zoetermeer, NL if the COVID-19 situation allows us to go to the office.
- Please note that this position is not suitable to work on a thesis.

You will join our Finance team responsible for our SN 3rd party production & SN distribution & logistics hub which distributes products all over the world. We operate internationally and are based in Zoetermeer. During your internship, you will be supervised and coached by Omar Hussein, 3PO Business Controller.

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance* of 450 (HBO students) or 550 (University students) euros per month and a contribution towards travel if required. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
* Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
