Internship Human Resources - Global Talent Management (June 2019)
About the Internship
As our Global Talent Management Intern, you will be working within our Global Talent Team for the scope of Danone’s Operations (OPS) and Cycles & Procurement (C&P) population who have a growth and supporting mindset. You will primarily be supporting the Talent Directors in their annual Global Talent Review preparation on a global scale. Next to this, you will be working on identifying key data and Talent KPIs on a monthly basis. In this role you will gain experience in how to use, analyze and report key data as well as utilize it in accordance with business needs. Within this internship, you will also be exposed to senior management (various business directors) which will allow you to get the opportunity to learn how to communicate in a professional environment.
Your main responsibilities will include the following:
- Support your team in Global Talent Review process, and prepare annual Global Talent Reviews for C&P and OPS functions;
- Work on Talent dashboards and KPIs by utilizing key Talent data in order to provide monthly insights to business;
- Support the team with ad-hoc requests in order to manage the Talent processes efficiently.
Next to the above mentioned you will also get the chance to be involved in other Talent Development projects depending on the timing of your internship and your own interests.

You are a Bachelor/Master student in Business Administration, Management, HR or any other related studies, who is curious and eager to learn more about HR. You must have a result-oriented mindset to see the big picture without missing the critical details. As you will be dealing and connecting with various stakeholders and levels, you should be a good communicator. We are looking for a real team player who also does not mind working autonomously. You should have an eye for detail, the ability to deal with deadlines and master Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. Additionally, you should not be afraid to ask questions and be willing to receive feedback to make sure you learn as much as possible.
There are some hard requirements that you should consider:
- You are enrolled as a student during the whole duration of the internship; (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
- You are fluent in English – oral and written; any other language is considered a plus;
- You can start as soon as possible for a minimum of 6 months;
- You are able to work in Hoofddorp, Netherlands
