About the Internship
You will be part of the Learning & Development team in our Cluster Business Services (CBS) organization which provides an essential service to the business within the cluster. CBS is currently in a start-up phase and therefore you will land in a very dynamic environment full of new developments. The Danone Academy has an ambitious goal that aims to optimize learning and development programs – based on regional and clusters needs – in order to foster employee’s professional development, personal leadership and expertise. As the Learning & Development intern you will support and coordinate these activities and have an important part in contributing to achieving these ambitious goals. So, what can you expect to be your key responsibilities?
- Planning and organization of trainings in Belgium and the Netherlands;
- Support the logistics (invitations, materials, location bookings, etc) to ensure a great learning experience to the participants;
- Be the point of contact for participants and trainers;
- Assist the learning team with the budget process (creating PO’s);
Next to the above, you will also have the opportunity to be part of other projects that will be available during the internship period. There is sufficient room to develop yourself as there is enough to do!

We are looking for a student with a relevant Bachelor/Master degree (e.g. Arbeids & Organisatie Psychologie/ Onderwijskunde/Bedrijfswetenschappen/HR) who is able to find satisfaction in providing an excellent learning experience to the participants. You should not be afraid to take initiative and communicate with different levels of stakeholders. You are well-organized and have the ability to prioritize your work which is supported by your results- and customer-oriented mindset. You can work autonomously and are fluent in the English language (Dutch is a plus!).
Furthermore, you need to be:
- Enrolled as a student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
- Available to start in March 2019 for a minimum of 6 months, 4 to 5 days per week;
- Willing to travel to Zoetermeer and possibly1 day per week to Utrecht.

You will be part of the CBS Learning & Development team, led by Yulia Dzigora, with the aim to provide the best learning and development opportunities for the employees of Danone in the Benelux cluster known as the Danone Academy. You will be closely supervised by Maike te Woerd-Wouters, Learning Manager Operations Benelux, and you will be working with 4 other colleagues who are spread over two locations.

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance of 450 (HBO students) or 550 (University students) euros per month plus reimbursement of home-work commuting cost in the Netherlands. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
