About the Job
As our new Activity Management Intern, you will join our Operations team to support the Activity Manager on key product launches in NL – working on both innovations & renovations of the product portfolio in multi-disciplinary project teams.
You will get the opportunity to take ownership of projects and a behind the scene impression on innovations are managed in a multi-national. You will collaborate from Idea Generation to the launch of the project by creating and ensuring timelines. You will coordinate the Stage Gate process and work as a link between the project leader, Research & Innovation, the operations team and the factories, all the way up to the product launch.
You are a Bachelor/Masters student in Supply Chain, Engineering, Management, or another related field. You have an eye for detail and an analytical mindset. You are accessible, independent, and not afraid to challenge ideas and bring new ones to discussion. You have strong communication skills that allow you to interact with multiple stakeholders. You have excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and stick to processes. You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Enrolled as a student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
- Ideally available to start in April 2021 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English - oral and written; French is considered as a plus;
- You are able to work from Utrecht, Netherlands if the COVID-19 situation allows us to go to the office.

The Operations team aims to provide the best service to Danone’s customers with our Dairy portfolio. You will join an open team who will guide you and provide you with challenges for you to meet your internship objectives. During your internship, you will be closely supervised by Anita Griffejoen, Activity Manager.

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance* of 450 (HBO students) or 550 (University students) euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel if required. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
