Internship - Project Management (Operations Project & Performance)
About the Job
You will join our Operations Project & Performance (OPP) team who are the project management business partners of our Early Life Nutrition (ELN) Europe operations. You will join a team consisting of 23 colleagues located in different countries around Europe. Our main mission is to implement key projects first time right by managing various stakeholders (from the business to the factories) and the corresponding data. Your role will be to support the central team located at our office in Schiphol (Hoofddorp as of April 2019).
As our new Operations Project & Performance Intern, you will be working on obtaining the right information from a variety of departments within the organization – such as our factories and central business units – to make sure that a key project for 2020 is implemented the right way. This data-driven project will have a direct impact on our ELN operations in Europe, while you will have the chance to expand your knowledge and exposure within the field. You will work closely with the Operations Project & Performance Manager, German Figueroa.

You have strong data management skills and extensive experience in Excel (Tableau is a plus, not a must). We expect you to be a quick learner, to demonstrate autonomy and a ‘can-do’ work attitude. You should have problem-solving skills and are not afraid to handle ambiguity.
These are our compulsory requirements for internships at DANONE:
- You are enrolled as a master’s student at university during the whole period of the internship in Business/Supply Chain and you have graduated with a bachelor’s in Engineering or a related field;
- If you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university.
- You can start as of March 2019 for a minimum of 6 months (4-5 days per week);
- You are willing to travel or to relocate close to Amsterdam, the Netherlands
