Internship – Project Management Operations (Specialized Nutrition)

About the Job
You will join our Operations Projects (OP) team who are the Operations project management business partners of our Specialized Nutrition operations. This department consists of around 50 colleagues located in different countries around Europe. Our main mission is to implement key projects first time right by managing various stakeholders (from the business to the factories) and the corresponding data for new product introduction launches.
As the intern, you will have these main key responsibilities:
- Data management (50% of the work responsibilities)
You will process large number of complex data using Excel and other platforms. You will track changes, report of essential project-related data (performance, risk tracking & change requests) and monitor the new product introduction process (NPI).
- Project management;
You will work closely with the central senior project managers in the implementation of Innovation Projects in Europe, including project planning, tracking, execution and reporting, while having the chance to expand your knowledge and exposure within the field of project management.
- Stakeholders management;
You will be working on obtaining the right information from a diversity of representatives within the organization - such as our factories and central business units - with the end goal of ensuring that key projects are implemented on time, in quality & budget.
You are a Master student in Business / Supply Chain / Management or any other technical related field with a strong affinity for projects. You have strong data management skills and extensive experience on how to analyze large number of data with Microsoft Excel. You are confident working autonomously in a complex work environment, think proactively and innovatively and not afraid to communicate and reach out to others. You have strong analytical skills, thriving in an environment where you can solve problems and be continuously challenged. Furthermore, you are a results-oriented person, willing and ready to learn with a ‘Can do’ mindset.
Next to this, there are a few eligibility requirements:
- Enrolled as a Master student during the whole internship period (If you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled in a Dutch university);
- You are fluent in English – oral and written;
- You are available to start as of October 2020 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
- You are willing to travel/relocate to Hoofddorp, NL once the COVID-19 situation allows us to go to the office.

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance of 450 (HBO students) or 550 (University students) euros per month plus reimbursement of home-work commuting cost in the Netherlands. Please keep in mind that we do not offer relocation to Hoofddorp, Netherlands and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
