INTERNSHIP (SUPPLY CHAIN): 3RD PARTY MANUFACTURER PLANNING

About the Job

You will join one of our Global Supply Chain and Operations teams, responsible for central planning management of finished goods from our 3rd Parties Manufacturers. You will support the external factories and Sales Units, ensuring the good operation flow and propose improvements of the processes.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Be the point of contact for 3PM factories to place orders and follow an excellent execution of the production plan and deployment.
  • Collect, consolidate and ensure the accuracy of the planning data;
  • Allocate volume between Sales Units while taking industrial constraints into account.
  • Support or lead improvement projects related to the process and/or performance.

About You

You are a Master’s student in Food Science, Economics, Supply Chain, Operations or Industrial Engineering. You are open and enthusiastic. You have strong communication skills and are not afraid to reach out to multiple stakeholders. You have strong Excel skills, you are analytical and detail-oriented. You are proactive and can effectively work autonomously.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

  • Enrolled as a Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
  • Ideally available to start in February 2021 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
  • You are fluent in English - spoken and written; French is considered as a plus;
  • You are able to work from Zoetermeer, NL if the COVID-19 situation allows us to go to the office.
  • You must acquire a BSN number to be able to complete this internship.

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance of 450 (HBO students) or 550 (University students) euros per month and a contribution towards travel if required. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
