Junior Global Medical Affairs Manager Critical Care, DRM and Frailty
About the Job
As Junior Global Medical Affairs Manager, your key challenges will be to operate and contribute to projects that update our product portfolio to the latest scientific standards, bring clinical and dietetic insights into our strategy, as well as to contribute to the development and execution of post-launch medical engagement activities (symposia, Masterclasses etc).
The focus of the current vacancy will be on Critical Care and Disease Related Malnutrition (DRM) and Frailty therapeutic areas. You report directly to a Medical Director.
Your key responsibilities within this role will be the following:
- Medical representation in the review and management of existing product portfolio,
- Provide medical input to marketing materials and value propositions,
- Co-develop medical rationales to substantiate use of products,
- Co-create with cross-functional colleagues, tools and messages, based on existing evidence, that can be used at local level,
- Co-build with other MAMs, KOL/stakeholder mapping and engagement, in close collaboration with colleagues in the countries as well as with R&D,
- Ensure the engagement of relevant stakeholders to drive the commercial and medical strategy forward globally and locally,
- Ensure credible conference presence aligned with commercial and medical strategy,
- Ensure the development of educational materials for external and internal use.
To be successful in this position, you are a qualified dietitian or nutritionist, working in the health care system. You are fluent in English and have a business mindset. You like to work in a commercial environment, dealing with multiple tasks and you are eager to learn. Your project management and communication skills will be key to lead your projects to success. Your flexibility, autonomy and curiosity will also be highly appreciated for this job.
