Junior HR Business Partner
About the Job
We are looking for a Jr. HR Business Partner to support our Advanced Medical Nutrition division, Early Life Nutrition division and Cycles & Procurement organization, by managing important HR foundations like personnel administration, HR systems, and HR processes (existing and upcoming processes). In the role as Jr. HR Business Partner you will provide first-line HR advice to our employees and line managers.
The HR function at Danone follows the latest advances in the field of HR, and by aligning these with the business strategy we aim to ensure that our HR practices are implemented with excellence. The Jr. HR Business Partner will be supporting 6 HR Business Partners in a very dynamic and international environment. The right person for this profile will need to be proactive and able to perform a variety of tasks independently.

Your key responsibilities:
- Support HRBP’s in executing HR processes and procedures, like the annual salary review and bonus process, performance and development cycle (objective setting, development conversations, 360 feedback, and performance reviews);
- HR administration with new comers, transfers and leavers. (Building a good relationship with our HR Shared Service Center in Zoetermeer is a must. While they have the primary responsibility of the operational HR matters, there’s still administrative support needed locally);
- Active role in supporting HR projects (Data preparation in Excel, data quality control, ensuring correct inputs into HR systems) and full responsibility for small and medium sized HR projects.
To enable further success in the organization, you will work with the full employee cycle, develop and implement HR projects and policies in the following areas: talent and leadership development, OD, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Employee engagement.
You have a relevant Bachelor’s degree and you have relevant experience in this type of role within a dynamic international environment. Knowledge of the Dutch labor law is a must. You thrive in a supporting role and you don’t mind being the stable factor in a fast-changing environment. You have the ability to work independently with a pragmatic approach and to proactively address requests. Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
