Management Assistant

For our CBS Benelux Directors, we are looking for a Management Assistant. Are you up for a challenge, in a complex international and dynamic environment? Do you know how to set priorities, manage your stakeholders and add value as an assistant? So, this role is for you!

About the Job

You’ll be providing efficient and excellent support and act with integrity and speed as the Assistant to our Finance Director, HR Director and IS/IT Director. The role requires someone who can work independently in a fast-moving environment where priorities change frequently. You must be able to communicate in a friendly and open way, yet aware and able to set priorities and act accordingly. The role requires someone who can balance the needs and requirements of different stakeholders and the ability and desire to be a key spoke in the wheel of the CBS organisation.

You will have multiple, often simultaneous tasks that will include managing several calendars containing internal and external meetings, all the administrative activities, workshops and events (like Townhall, etc.), (video) conferences and (last minute) travelling arrangements.

In a smooth and discrete way, you build relationships that are crucial for the success of the organization. As such, you carry out the role of ‘gatekeeper’, as well as the role of ‘gateway’.

About You

First and foremost, you are a proactive and effective professional, who gets fulfilment in giving the best possible support. You must have high levels of ownership and accountability, being able to put yourself in your managers’ shoes.

For this role, you have a secretarial background and at least 5 years of relevant experience. You are a rockstar at Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel. You work proactively, independently setting priorities and handling stressful situations. You have an excellent command of the English language and you speak a fluent/native Dutch.
