The Medical Sales Manager will be focusing on the Balkans, consisting 12 countries, and will be supporting the medical sales strategy of this region. You will be connecting with the medical managers of the distributors and training the medical force to contribute to the country acceleration
About the Job
The Medical Sales Manager will support the execution of the Medical Sales Strategy within the Balkans Region, enabling excellence in execution at distributor level and being a key partner within the Balkans Country Acceleration Team (Cross Functional Team Structure). The picture of success is playing an integral part in a high performing Country Acceleration Team for Balkans, engaged and equipped medical sales teams at distributor level ultimately driving HCP Recommendations leading to positive business results.
Deploy Medical Sales Strategy
Deploy the medical sales strategy in the region based on thorough analysis of the market, environment competitive and HCP trends. Use creative methods to simplify the complexity into compelling and credible messages, all in line with business and regional objectives, to build high performing medical field force teams.
Country Acceleration Team Strategy and Planning
Through cross functional way of working drive the sustainable and profitable business growth in Balkans region. Provide insights & recommendation to concerned level of decision making. Ensure excellence in execution, competency optimization and high performance in health channels.
Identify, analyze, follow competitive trends in our healthcare channels. Lead the cross functional development of competitive and focused medical sales plans to deliver CBU vision and objectives.
External Advocacy/Distributor Relationship
Strengthening and leveraging the Distributor Relationship within Nutricia Worldwide and support the medical sales competences of our partners and medical field force in the region.
Act and be seen as expert that adds value to Distributors to support the development of medical field representatives to manage diverse stakeholders (coaching and training). Build Trust through credibility via robust HCP Strategy and strong stakeholder management.
- Bachelor/Masters in Life Science or Nutrition or related discipline;
- Relevant, progressive responsibility and sales experience (3-5 years) in Healthcare Channel (in health care, pharmaceutical industry);
- Robust Understanding of Healthcare channel;
- Logical commercial planning skills - ability to foresee result and understand/evaluate decision business impact;
- Influencing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
