Internship - Procurement Operations (Supply Chain Integration) - July 2019

Your Mission

As a Procurement Operations intern you will be challenged to perform on the highest possible level! You will be part of the Danone’s Procurement Operations team located in Danone Place Schiphol. The Procurement Operations team manages the relationships between the suppliers, the Danone factories and the global buyers. We are currently running a large digital transformation regarding the way we collaborate with our suppliers. This transformation takes place through the implementation of a new supplier collaborative platform to be rolled out over more than 12 business units over the world. As part of the project team, you contribute to the onboarding of our suppliers and our Danone business units into the new platform.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Identifying the list of supplier users to be targeted as audience;
  • Defining KPIs and follow-up the progress of the supplier onboarding plan;
  • Building training materials to support the change management for suppliers and Danone BU;
  • Performing trainings to Danone Business Units and Suppliers.

About You

We are looking for a Procurement or Supply Chain Master student highly motivated to take on a new challenge. You are open to learn, proactive & enjoy solving problems in an international environment. While having no problem to work in a team, you are also confident in working autonomously. Your analytical mindset is at ease with numbers, with excel or other data management tool. Also, you are a structured and open communicator.

There are also some hard requirements that you should consider:

  • You are enrolled as a student during the whole duration of the internship (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
  • You are fluent in English – oral and written;
  • You can start in July 2019 for a minimum of 5 months, 5 days a week;
  • You are able to work in Hoofddorp, Netherlands
