Product Development Technologist
About the Job
As our new Product Technologist, you will join a diverse team of 15 Product Technologist who are based in Utrecht, Liverpool and Zoetermeer. You will be based in Utrecht. We are currently working on a complex compliance project with a worldwide impact, most of our Product Technologist have this as their focus. Your role will be a split between this Project but also ensure that other projects will be completed. You will be responsible that our portfolio maintains its quality but also meets the current legislations within all supply points. This position combines technical knowledge and business acumen, you will work close together with our colleagues in Operations, Marketing and Regulatory. It is important that you are able to build a bridge between on one side the technical aspects and the business.
Do you want to be a key contributor for meaningful products in our our Advanced Medical Nutrition department?
To be successful in this role you must have Primary degree in food science, food technology or engineering related discipline. Experience in Product Development is a must. You need to have experience in either Powder or Liquid processing technologies. As this position deals with many stakeholders on different levels and disciplines, strong stakeholder management skills and influencing skills are imperative. If you do not have previous experience in a business context this position is not for you. You are available for a temporary project as we are looking for a Product Technologist for the coming 8 months.
