Sales & Field Analyst Belgium
About the Job
As our new Sales & Field Analyst, you join the heart of two customer centric departments: the Key Account & Field Teams. With your expertise in co-creating tools and reporting dashboards, you will be a big support to better understand the dairy business and increase efficiency of both teams by guiding them with the right data. You will report to the Key Account Director.
Concretely, you will bring value by:
- Being the SPOC between the sales departments and the system administrator to ensure right data tracking as well as optimization of our tools (Salesforce+ CRM tool, Planorama shelf recognition tool, Field sales app., Blue planner),
- Owning, developing and managing KPI dashboards (margin tracker, weekly volume per customer, monthly reporting to customers, innovation tracker, Nielsen) on diverse levels, reporting on progresses and targets and presenting them to both teams,
- Testing new tools on hardware (Ipads, Laptop, Iphone) and supporting the head of Field in defining necessary hardware for the future,
- Following-up on budget.

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have a first experience in sales field, preferably within FMCG. You speak Dutch, French and English and have very good communication and presentation skills.
Furthermore, it would be awesome if you would also:
- be analytical and well organized,
- rock in MS office, mainly in excel.

This role will give you a solid basis and a gateway to continue your career within other sales functions (category management, trade marketing, shopper marketing) within Danone.
