The sales force effectiveness manager will be focusing on developing High Performing Commercial Organization and ensure excellence in execution.

About the Job

This role facilitates the implementation and roll-out of Commercial Excellence strategy through working closely with the Distributor Partners and internally our commercial teams to ensure excellence in execution, competency optimization, and high performance. Breakthrough in execution in health and trade channel, Sales Force Excellence (Reach/KPI's/Right Levers).

In our new Specialized Nutrition context Commercial Excellence encapsulates excellence in execution both from a Trade and Healthcare channel perspective. This means that Commercial Excellence has to have both an "Inside Out and Outside In" approach to be able to develop our organization with the goal to become Best In Class High Performing Commercial Organization.
Commercial Excellence will have a continuously analytical and critical view on current status of how our organization is operating, and will continuously define - create and establish new Way Of Working that brings our organization closer to become a center of excellence (COE).

In this context, the Sales Force Excellence role will see you as part of a "hub" of Commercial Excellence process standardization and development across Trade and Health Channels.

Mail goals:

Execute the Commercial Excellence Strategy
Execute the commercial excellence strategy in our regions and countries to ensure excellence in execution, competency optimization and high performance in our trade and health channels.

Excellence in Execution
Execute SFE strategy in collaboration with the Commercial (Trade & Health) teams to ensure flawless execution of key priorities. Identifying sales force effectiveness opportunities and challenging existing practices.

Sales Force Effectiveness Tooling & Processes
Establish and manage tools and/or processes to follow up on execution, including activities such as Field Force incentives, Targeting and Segmentation, Customer Coverage, etc. in a timely manner. Optimize knowledge & competencies of the sales force in order to drive commercial excellence.

Cross Collaboration
Be integrated as a cross functional business partner . Challenging current practices where appropriate and build strong cases for change. Help cultivate a results oriented culture driven by proactivity, continuous improvement & excellence in execution.

Performance Metrics
Develop and secure tracking of KPI's, Scorecard metrics and success criteria for the key Channel programs and activities to ensure business value and return on investment.

About You

  • Background in sales is within the healthcare/pharma industry a must;
  • Progressive Experience in a similar role is advantageous;
  • Proven commercial acumen and progressive responsibility in a commercial role;
  • Commercial Business acumen and business attitude;
  • Effective Stakeholder Management;
  • Commercial Organization Effectiveness;
  • Selling & Negotiation skills.
