About the Job
As Science Manager you will be the nutritional and scientific backbone of the business. You will be a part of the medical affairs team and will work with internal (commercial) functions, as well as with key opinion leaders and solution managers around the globe. You will be our star in translating medical science into demand generation and have a solid understanding of the healthcare setting.
Your key responsibilities are the following:
Medical & Scientific
Deliver timely, accurate, specific and balanced response to professional and internal requests for information;
Ensure clear, comprehensive, useful scientific and practical content of materials for all stakeholders;
Develop the medical insights and rationales behind our product portfolio;
Identify, analyze and follow competitive activities and trends (medical, nutritional, scientific, healthcare);
Provide medical and scientific input in cross functional teams.
Internal & External Education
Train internal people and distributors on the medical landscape, healthcare environment, product positioning and science;
Ensure development of educational and training materials.
Strategic Stakeholder Management
Manage routine contacts with KOL's including speaker briefing and evaluation, advisory board support and coordination and liaise between KOLs and internal partners;
Participate and support in national/international symposia and events.
To be able to achieve the above, you have a master degree with a focus on dietetics and/or clinical nutrition. You have 3-5 years of experience in the field of clinical nutrition and/or dietetics. You have the ability to translate scientific or clinical data into an understandable and valuable form and to quickly and comprehensively learn about new subject areas.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to easily interact with people (both internally and externally) and in translating scientific information to different audiences;
• A proactive and can-do attitude;
• Agility to be able to deal with several projects at the same time while keeping the right focus;

• Fluency in business English, written and oral.
