Senior Brand Manager
Nutricia Worldwide is one of the most dynamic and international divisions within Danone, with over 27 different nationalities. We are expanding across new markets and geographies and we would like to continue our growth ambitions and expansion in Balkans Region!
About the Job
As a Senior Brand Manager Balkans, you will define and implement the marketing strategies for all Balkans & CIS markets (23 countries) at Nutricia Worldwide with focus on key countries (6 countries). You will also lead and coach brand manager / project managers in the markets as well as careline / community managers
- You will Defining and implementing brand platform, strategy and innovation to ensure a success of Nutricia in CIS & Balkans markets
- You will drive the brand plans and will manage the marketing budget related to the product group(s) and are responsible for the accurate forecasting of all marketing activities assigned to you
- You will lead a variety of projects ranging such as ecipe optimization, group synergies, brand awareness growth
- You will develop and grow the two direct report in their career path
As the co-owner of the key brands your mission will be developing and implementing impactful marketing strategies for your assigned market within Nutricia Worldwide.

Nutricia Worldwide is part of Danone's Early Life Nutrition division. Nutricia Worldwide continuously unlocks and develops markets, offering high quality nutritional products to an ever-increasing number of parents all over the world by partnering with local stakeholders. We serve around 43 markets in the following regions: the Balkans, Middle East, Indian Sub-continent, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Canada, Asia and the CIS. In these countries Nutricia Worldwide appoints mostly pharmaceutical importers/distributors who represent our brands.
Needed for Success
To be successful in this role, you have gained experience 5-10 years’ experience in a marketing position at a FMCG company, where you successfully led Category and Brand visions. You have led cross functional and international teams to deliver successful consumers and shoppers propositions. You have a clear ability to build relationships across a wide range of stakeholders including trade partners with whom you will remotely work.
You have gained knowledge in Media strategies and execution.
I would be a plus if you spoke either Russian or any other Balkan language.
For this position, you will travel frequently (25% to 30%) - mostly between the Balkans and the Netherlands.
