Senior Brand Manager Global Brands

(Fulltime, Location: Amsterdam)


As a Senior Brand Manager Global Brands you will be a member of the Global Brand Management team for the leading brand Aptamil/Nutrilon, the number one brand within the baby division. The driving force behind this success is our partnership with parents, deep consumer understanding and a portfolio of science-based products. We have ambitious plans for the future based on the new positioning of the brand.

How?

  • You help to lead the transformation of the brand by driving clearly defined projects in the area of brand positioning & strategy, brand identity, product & service innovations and development of global-led content.
  • You will drive an excellent execution of the agreed plan & recommending amendments to the plan to drive stronger performance.
  • Leading or participating in global X-functional projects in a team of HCN, R&D, Operations, Market Research, marketing peers in local CBUs around the world, wide variety of agency and partners of the brand.
  • Delivering necessary deep consumer, competition & trade understanding.
     

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager Global Milks with the following profile:

  • A Master’s degree in Marketing, business or related.
  • At least 6-7 years’ experience in local marketing context, and preferably also in a global marketing role.
  • Strong track record of key achievements in marketing.
  • Proven success in positioning projects, innovations, content development and brand identity. Digitally native and curious.
  • Enthusiastic and energizing
  • Eager, willing to learn and have a winners mentality.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Strong networker, combination of brain power and political acumen. Sense of natural authority and influencing skills.
  • Self-starter and motivator in global team context.
  • Excellent project management skills.
