In these countries Nutricia Worldwide appoints mostly pharmaceutical importers/distributors who represent our brands.

As a Senior Channel Strategy Manager you are part of Healthcare Nutrition department. The entire team consists of 11 people. The Healthcare Nutrition Director is responsible for the department. Within the department there are three teams: Healthcare Nutrition Solutions (sales), Healthcare Nutrition Science (research) and Healthcare Nutrition Channel Strategy (marketing). You will be part of the Nutrition Channel Strategy Team. You will have one direct report and one colleague is responsible for the Asian market.

About the job

As a Senior Healthcare Nutrition Channel Strategy Manager you will develop the strategy of the category towards Healthcare Professionals, based on market and science insights to grow and establish a sustainable business in key markets by implementing a local tailored strategy in conjunction with cross functional team.

Main responsibilities:

  • You will execute & implement the HN strategy, and are responsible for executing the overall category strategy and category development.
  • You will lead the TN Strategy deployment in the CBU
  • You will develop and deploy a comprehensive and sustainable TN Category and brand Strategy to and through the HCP Channel which is deep rooted in relevant HCP/Consumer insight
  • You are accountable for development of TN category in your regions:
  • You are accountable for "Winning in Pediatrics" Agenda and delivering in Lab Country (Mexico), where you determine HCP communication objectives and strategies

Needed for success

To be successful in this role, you have worked within marketing for at least 7 years.

You are passionate about creating a vision for the category and for creating the brand vision, and you have a track record of deploying a competitive and sustainable strategy within the different HCP (Health Care Professional) channels.

It would be a plus if you have gained this experience within nutrition or healthcare environment. You are fluent in English. You have experience in working in a dynamic and international environment and you have excellent stakeholder management skills, which means is that you are able to build authentic relationships within the company and outside, for example with the Healthcare Professionals.

Furthermore you are excellent in building relationships with stakeholders, both internal as external.
