VIE - Reporting & Insights Analyst
About the Job
Your mission is to contribute to the effectiveness of the Healthcare Nutrition Department of Early Life Nutrition. You do this by:
- Maintaining, executing and improving tools & reports for the Management & Field Force.
- Make in depth analysis and generate clear insights and communicate this to the sales teams.
- Critically reviewing current practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Besides these tasks, you will deal with the implementation and standardization of new tools and/or upgrades in relation to GDPR (Privacy law), the CRM system and other Danone Global tools or reports. You will also manage and assist your manager with the administration of the monthly sales into SAP (ERP System) and build, adapt and update the monthly KPI Dashboard.
You need to build an internal & external network with partners to ensure pro-active action where needed to drive the change. Understand the business, the needs of the Field Force and the possibilities there are with the tools and systems are key to make this job a success.
About the Team
The job is within the Healthcare Nutrition Team of Nutricia Early Life Nutrition (ELN) team in Brussels. This part of Danone Nutricia focuses on specialized nutrition which promotes healthy growth and development of children in the first 1000 days (from -9 to 24 months).
You will report to the Senior Effectiveness Manager Benelux ELN who is located in NL and you will work closely together with the effectiveness manager in Brussels. Besides, you work together with the sales teams and many other internal stakeholders like legal, marketing and IT.

You have a master degree where you have proven your analytical skills and you have a previous work experience with systems and reporting tools. You are fluent in English and able to work under a V.I.E. contract in Brussels, Belgium. To meet the necessary stakeholders, you are ok with travelling to the Netherlands once a week.
You can generate clear insights from your analysis and you have strong communication skills to inform and engage multiple stakeholders. You are rigorous, open minded, flexible and motivated to work in the Early Life Nutrition business. It would be awesome if you also:
- Have experience with Microstrategy
- Also speak French or Dutch
- Have experience in this market and/or a big multinational
- Can start the first of September 2018.
