VIE - Revenue Growth Controller

About the Job

As our Revenue Growth Controller, you are the main point of contact for marketing within the Revenue Growth Controller team. You support marketing teams in defining strategy by brand and you (in combination with your supervisor) challenge the consistency of fuel allocation and action plan with this strategy. You report to the Revenue Growth Controlling Manager Benelux.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be the following:

  • Work in close collaboration with marketing, sales and medical departments to help them maximize their investment and get the best return possible,
  • Support Marketing teams by delivering:
    • Delivering A&P monthly closing reports identifying potential Risks and Opportunities,
    • Defining, monitoring and controlling the budget,
    • Following-up on innovations,
    • Improving the internal process in SAP: hierarchy in SAP, PO process validation…
  • Develop business cases for new innovations launched by Nutricia Advanced Medical Nutrition in the Benelux and you follow them up closely,
  • Report monthly Marketing figures to Danone Group,
  • Construct and submit accurate Rolling Forecast,
  • Guarantee marketing process is compliant with financial rules.

About You

As our new Revenue Growth Controller, you have a relevant Master Degree. You are fluent in English (French and/or Dutch is a plus) and able to work under a V.I.E. contract in Brussels, Belgium. Previous experience in Finance is not required, but a plus. In this position, you have occasional travels to Zoetermeer (Netherlands).

To be successful in this role, you combine your analytical and interpersonal skills to build your own vision and create business impact. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications and you have SAP notions.

As you will work with diverse internal stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally, you have good communication skills and you are able to challenge and influence people to bring your ideas through.

Last but not least, your enthusiasm, rigor, and curiosity will be key and highly appreciated.
